    Climate change is set to hit Bangladesh particularly hard, and some predict that 20% of the country could be uninhabitable by 2030 due to rising waters. So some Bangladeshis are working with the tides instead of against them.
    Nonprofit Shidhulai Swanirvar Sangstha, which was founded in 1998, operates 54 boats that have been reimagined and redesigned into floating libraries, farms, schools and health centers, all housed in vessels about the size of a small fishing boat.
    One boat, which functions as a moving classroom, is used during the height of the monsoon season and moves door to door, making sure kids can still get to class even as low-lying areas are underwater.
    The floating library also goes door to door. Shidhulai Swanirvar Sangstha says it helps women in Bangladesh improve their economic situations by providing education and training facilities right outside their home, no matter the water level

    The 4th Hue Golden Tourism Week

    The 4th Hue Golden Tourism Week at heritage sites will take place from December 24-30 with a series of promotions, tour discounts and bonus services for tourists and travel agents.  The event will welcome the year's two millionth visitor to the site and the 30 millionth guest to Hue since it was recognized by UNESCO as a world  heritage in 2003. In addition, top 3 travel agents will be awarded and a conference on tourism services will be held. Tourists will also enjoy ticket exemption or discount when visiting heritage sites.
